Section 88F

The Special Administration Group under Section 88A. A new balance sheet should be prepared on the following basis to show the actual financial position of the commercial bank or financial institution that has gone through the process of conversion:- (a) Based on the net realizable value of the property, (b) Section 88j. By adjusting the value of the obligation to be distributed on the basis of BMOZIM priority. (2) Subsection (1) BMOZIM will be BMOZIM if the method of determining the liability is prescribed when preparing a new balance sheet. The prescribed BMO will have to be submitted.
